Yoga for mums and busy women wanting to tone and develop core strength, have more energy, get fit and stay healthy. The classes will be an hour with:
– Warm up and mobility sequences
– Smooth, flowing sequences
– Calming breathing exercises
– Meditation and relaxation techniques
No prior experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.
Please bring along a yoga mat.
